Height: 5'4" - 162cm
Race: Xaela Au Ra
Gender/Orientation: Ace/Aro ♀
Appearance: A stockier, buff and butch looking woman, large muscles peek from underneath her common dress of medium leather armors with pieces of metal here and there. Her Xeala features are much more prominent, being a much large tail and her numerous scales that cover her entire body and face, with faint scars and general minor recovered injuries from over the years of front lining. Has one grey eye with a darker grey limbal ring and black sclera. She is missing her left eye and has a trail of scars dragging across the whole left side of her face. A Smug smile is usually present on her face.
Hair: Deep Midnight Blue hair with dark Rolanberry Red highlights. Almost always up in a ponytail with bangs that partially cover the missing eye.
Job: Custom Heavy Weapon SpellSword: Bastard Magiker
Originally a DRG that learned RDM, she gained enough experience to meld full WHM/BLM abilities with her melee DRK, in turn borrowing flourishes from GNB and WAR resulting in a much more heavy hitting but extremely mobile caster/tank cross class.

Lore Ramblings

STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION-Was born part of the Uyagir tribe, Father was of the Uyagir
-Sickly man, kind, soft spoken but ended up dying early on in her life
-Her mom was actually of the Dotharl tribe and was around intermittingly. Essentially the ‘not ready for this’ young adult but tries to provide still despite not being the best option.
-She did her best to impart a different world view, give her the tools to think for herself
-Her older half-brother (father's side) was her main caretaker in her childhood, between him and her mother they helped raise and teach her to survive
-He was a lancer, mother was an archer, Mid took after the spear more.
-She broke all ties with the tribe when she was cast out/left around the ages of 15-17
-Brother was much more traditionally inclined with the Uyagir beliefs. This evenutally comes to a head when she is 16-18 YO and she leaves the tribe, big fight with him, calling him hypocritical. :eft on bad terms. This was roughly 5 or so years before ARR, probably only months before the Calamity
-Her brother never saw her afterwards ->developing lore for him, 6.x patches reunite potentially.
-She dyed her hair red consistently until through HW where it started to grow it's natural blue back and she's kept the tips since then (IRL-lore tidbit, she originally had red hair and blue highlights, played around with other hairstyles all pre-Rainmaker and even went red/orange. I actually forgot the order the hair went and made it blue/red instead of red/blue and it just stuck, lucky mistake)
-She won't ever admit to it but the reason she likes rolanberry red so much is it's her mother's eyes+limbal ring colors
-She was able to speak and understand Eorzean at a passible level for a while but throughout ARR there was a high chance she couldn't read anything given to her (Minfillia likely helped her learn basic reading)
-After watching the 3 grand companies and having no real idea of the calamity but having echo flashbacks, basically was Point her at an enemy and she was ready to killStory:
WIP (Needs spotify playlist, entire timeline OST of childhood to EW)Note: Mid butted heads with Estinien, she did not like him at first impression and by the lvl 50 job quest actively disliked to gated dealing with him. This lead into HW where her opinion changed in a similar way that Ysayle's did and the awkward 3 way dislike enemy triangle feat Alphi was extra standout ish as it actually is the reason Estinien is in the good books currently. Butted heads to being very similar to each other and are 100% Bros now, same braincellHW: DRG was an obvious choice, going into the expansion as the only non ishgardian drg and then becoming the saviour as the azure. Ready to kill DRG, had no issue early on with it, didn't fully understand the dragon blood ritual until later.Quickly, throw the eyes into the abyss! (Major character defining moment, when she became her own character)SB:
AST in game but WHM in canon, Picked up RDM and DRK after 4.0Mid dislikes Zenos. The rhalgrs slaughter probably should have affected her more but at the time I didn't really have a connection to them and didn't really care in a way. Zenos is definitely the "oh god him again" villian. He's like a bad ex, her opinion is that she does not actually care about him, she'll stop but the obsession and that need to fight is entirely a one way street with not but the bare minimum of attention being directed towards him.
Twitter rant:
Zenos but not in the way most ppl seem to gravitate towards. See in SB I was maining the then broken Noct Sect AST that made it so you just never really took damage and during every instance where you were scripted to fight and then "lose" against him. He never actually did any damage to me and it would take forever to chunk him down to 50%. I'd kill him virtually untouched only for the game to be like "wow look how strong he is you can barely keep up"
Huh??? And it happens 3 separate times
So everytime he showed up I was like "Oh god this guy again???" like an annoying regular customer who just refuses to take the hint. Thats where Mid's hate of him stems from because as far as I'm concerned, she just doesn't care about him. A guy who loses each time, and then claims to be superior and all that. She would barely give him the time of day. He's an annoyance, not a threat. The mosquito in the dark room you can't see but you know that fucker is around somewhere.During the Nadaam; -> knew what it was, went in with mol’s, wasnt going to represent Uyagir since they didnt acknowledge her. (NPC's didn't mention anything about last name so made it canon that they sort of forgot or just have chosen to not acknoledge her. Upon her return as well, both her Mother and Brother are nowhere to be found. Brother had left on his own littlle journey of self, ironically older sibling inspired by the youger one, but feels it was almost too late.

Zenos absolutely took Midoria down a peg, she was defnintely at a point where she was convinced she was more or less untouchable and invincible because every single thing that had been thrown at her she was able to defeat. It maybe got to her head a little. And up till then she had the biggest ego "What are you gonna do, fight me?"
And in the final fight she was beaten just as badly as he was. She hasn't told anyone but there were a few moments where her heart definitely stopped and she, for all intents and purposes,
Died.
And for "whatever reason" she was able to come back and return.
She's definitely still a hard headed fighter but she finally had a bit of sense knocked into her and she's realized she's just as mortal as anyone else.
The results are scars on her face and she even lost that eyeFRAY:
Fray is a separate entity to Midoria post 80 ShB/EW Quests that happen. 30-70 all happens after stormblood in one go. ShB post game the idea was that Fray helped during the lightwarden corruption that was happening by being a dark entity attempting to absorb any excess amount of light possible, they grew quieter as the story went along to amarout. Ardbert happens, helps to fill in the rest of the cracks. Later theres the 80 quest where theres closure and they feel their job is done, gonna fade away into the background/ kami absorb in the background, going to fade in time. Instead afterwards one day (havent the full idea) they awake at the bottom of witchdrop, in thier own separate body, able to control and to manipulate light aether in a way. Fray’s 2 jobs are DRK/RPR but a light themed reaper. Difference in appearance, light glowing umbral rings show their power source, ig you crosscut them theyd glow like a lightwarden. Darker lips, long hair, both eyes no scar from Zenos. Morally they aren't entirely human,almost fae in morality. A yandere to Mids Tsun. Possessive. Much more of a force of nature. They/Them more likely. An enigma. Fray is the embodiment of lack of inhibitions/ runs on repressed emotions. Kind but not. Frays been reborn twice, given a second second chance.
Laying on the ground, awakens to a demon above it, shatters it with light. Clenches fist ‘interesting’. Supposed to fade away to nothing but instead awakens as their own thing. What would you do if you got a second second chance but you were only vaguely aware of morals. ‘World ender lord huron’
Fray’s love is forbidden/angry love. Similar to kaguya/momoko "Even if everyone's gone, even if lights go out.
